MANHATTEN DELI SALAD 
12 oz. spiral pasta
1 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 c. red or green peppers, chopped
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion, sliced into rings
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. chopped broccoli
1 bottle Kraft Italian dressing

Cook pasta. Combine olives, pepper, salami, Provolone cheese, onion, Parmesan cheese, broccoli and dressing in a large bowl. Add pasta; toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled. May be prepared 2-3 days ahead. Great for picnics!
