REUBEN ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. fresh caraway rye bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper, black
1 (14 oz.) can well drained sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

In large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, sweet pickle relish, thousand island dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Work with hands until well blended. Shape mixture in 6"x14" rectangle on a sheet of wax paper. Sprinkle with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese, leaving a 1" border. Starting with narrow end, carefully roll the mixture, using wax paper as a guide. Place in shallow pan and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
