SESAME - SPINACH SALAD 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2 (10 oz.) bags spinach, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
4 green onions, cut into pieces

In large salad bowl, with fork, stir first 5 ingredients. Add the vegetables and gently toss to coat spinach well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to bring out the flavors. Serves 6.
