CHEF SALAD AND SESAME LOAF 
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 head endive
1 tomato
1/2 green pepper
1 carrot
Ham, juliene
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. croutons
1 radish

Wash lettuce and endive, then pat dry with paper towel. Wash, core, and slice pepper. Rub bowl with peeled garlic. Wash and grate carrot. Put all vegetables, except the tomato, into large bowl. Check your list of ingredients. Wash tomato; cut in half and then cut into wedges. Add croutons. Pour dressing over salad. Add half of both ham and cheese. Toss well. Place in individual bowls. Garnish with remaining ham and cheese. Serve.

HOT SESAME LOAF:

1 pkg. convience biscuits
1/4 beaten egg
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate slices and arrange on cookie sheet. Spread beaten egg on the bread. Top with seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
