SHRIMP CHEF SALAD 
1 qt. mix greens, torn into pieces
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. capers
1/4 c. lemon dressing
Curry powder (opt.)

Put greens in bowl. Slice shrimp if necessary to make bite size. Place them on top of greens and sprinkle with capers. Pour on the dressing (with the curry powder mixed in, if desired).
