MOLDED CHEF'S SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. thin cooked ham strips
3/4 c. thin Swiss strips
1/4 c. sliced red onions
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5-cup mold. Chill until firm, at least 6 hours. Unmold. Garnish, if desired. 5-6 servings.
