CHEF AARON'S SALAD 
Shredded green cabbage
1 slice ham
1 slice turkey
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 stuffed green olive
1 chopped hard cooked egg
4 tomato wedges
1 sprig parsley
Dressing of choice
Croutons & bacon bits (opt.)

Place desired amount of shredded cabbage on plate. Cut ham and turkey in strips and arrange in an "X" on top of the cabbage. Add the cheeses in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle egg around edge of plate. Place olive in center and arrange tomato wedges around. Add parsley. Serve with favorite dressing.
