TOMATO ASPIC 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jell-O
4 c. V-8 juice
Onion, grated (to taste)
Horseradish (to taste)
Lemon juice (to taste)
Touch of sugar (to taste)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat 2 cups V-8 juice and ingredients, except Jell-O. Bring to a boil. Pour over Jell-O dry mixture. Dissolve good. Add 2 cups cool V-8 juice. Let congeal.

Serve with cottage cheese. I add a little onion, horseradish, chopped green pepper and dill weed to cottage cheese.
