8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix the above ingredients. Cover a plate or tray with the mixture. Now add approximately 3/4 cup of butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping, to cover. Add chopped peanuts (optional). Serve with slices of Granny Smith apples. Delicious!
