CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
(If you can open packages you can do this dip).

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. caramel ice cream

Spread the softened cream cheese on the bottom of a 10-12 inch round plate. Pour caramel topping over cream cheese and spread evenly.

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped pecans (or peanuts)

Sprinkle nuts on top. If refrigerated prior to using, let it set out 15-20 minutes so the cream cheese can soften.

5-6 apples, sliced in wedges

Use apple wedges to scoop up dip. It's yummy!
