CACOILA 
2 lbs. meat (beef or pork)
1/4 lb. lard
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. paprika
1 sm. can tomatoes
Black pepper
Salt
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. table wine

Cook everything, except tomatoes. Add them when half done. Add a little salt at the beginning. Later, salt and pepper to taste. Add warm water when needed. Stir often.
