APPLE CARROTS 
1 can fingerling carrots
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 stick butter
Cinnamon

Empty carrots into bottom of casserole dish. Spread apple pie filling on top of carrots. Add brown sugar and pats of butter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
