CANTALOUPE BREAD 
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs, oil, and butter for 2 minutes. Sift together rest of ingredients and add to mixture. (Put 2 cups blended cantaloupe,) 1/2 cup raisins, and 1/2 cup nuts. Let batter rest for 20 minutes. Put in 2 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; test for doneness.
