LEMON AND LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. each lime and lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cottage cheese
2/3 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. grated carrots
4 tbsp. chopped green peppers

Add 2 cups of hot water to gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool. When it starts to thicken, add the rest of the ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
