BANANA POUND CAKE 
1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. little bits of chocolate chips

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking soda and salt, and mix together. Stir in buttermilk, bananas, vanilla, pecans and coconut. Bake in greased and floured, 9 x 13-inch pan for approximately 45 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Bring to boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add 1 cup chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour over warm cake.
