MA'S CHERRY NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cherry juice
1/2 c. nuts

Cut 16 cherries fine. Cream sugar and shortening. Add well-beaten eggs, then add baking powder. Combine milk and cherry juice. Add with flour. Bake 30-45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
