BEEF STROGANOFF 
Round steak, cubed
Cream of mushroom soup
Beef of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients in a roaster; the number of cans of soup varies on how much steak is used. Bake at 350 degrees stirring occasionally. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.

Serve over egg noodles and top with sour cream.
