SWEET AND SOUR MACARONI SALAD 
2 pkg. lg. curly macaroni, cook, drain, cool
1 med. to lg. bell pepper, diced
4 med. carrots, shredded
1 to 2 tbsp. dry onion flakes

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c.sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pt. mayonnaise

Thoroughly blend ingredients for dressing with mixer or blender, pour over macaroni. Best if made and left refrigerated overnight. Add a little more evaporated milk if needed.
