REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 can (1 lb.) sauerkraut 1 can (10 oz.) corned beef 2 med. tomatoes, sliced thin 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 lg. slice pumpernickel bread 1/2 c. Russian dressing (mayonnaise with ketchup & pickle added) Drain sauerkraut and place in bottom of casserole. Crumble corned beef over sauerkraut, then sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Over that pour Russian dressing. Layer sliced tomatoes over all, then top with cured pumpernickel bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
