REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 can sauerkraut, drained (11 oz.)
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
3 tbsp. 1000 island dressing
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced corned beef
1 pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
1 can flaky biscuits

Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with tomato slices; dot with butter and dressing. Cover with corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove, top casserole with biscuits. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
