CHOCOLATE BUNDT 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. shortening
3 eggs
2/3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweet milk
2/3 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Cream butter and shortening. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating on low speed. Add vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees in bundt pan until done, approximately 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes.
