INSIDE-OUT CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE | |
1 (4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix 1 1/4 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 c. chopped pecans Combine pudding mix, cake mix, chocolate chips, milk and eggs in very large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in pecans. Bake in greased bundt pan in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool 30 minutes in pan before removing. Cake may be cut and small portions frozen for later use. |
