PINEAPPLE INSIDE OUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Add vanilla; stir in pineapple and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When cool, top with icing: 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar and add nuts.
