PEANUT BUTTER CUPS | |
2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. melted butter 2 1/2 lbs. chocolate almond bark Mix sugar, peanut butter, and butter together and refrigerate. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Roll peanut butter mix in small balls. Dip in chocolate and place in small size cupcake type papers or onto waxed paper. Refrigerate. |
