FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. lemon juice
6 egg yolks
2 heaping tsp. cornstarch
2 c. orange juice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter

Mix juices with sugar in top of double boiler. When hot, add egg yolks, slightly beaten and blend cornstarch. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir in butter after removing from stove. Dressing may be served plain or folded into whipped cream for fruit salad topping.
