STEAK MARINADE 
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil (liquid such as Wesson)
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients in shallow rectangular pan. Add up to 4 steaks. Cover and place in refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Before cooking, remove steaks from marinade. Cook steaks on grill or in oven.
