COLESLAW 
1 cabbage
2 carrots
1/2 green pepper
1/3 c. vinegar and lemon juice, combined
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
7 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise

Shred cabbage with large shredder attachment (or slice with knife). Shred carrots and green pepper with small attachment. Mix mixture of vinegar and salt, sugar and mayonnaise. Add to vegetables. Let sit overnight. Serves 8.
