SHERRY'S HAMBURGER HELPER | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. Lawrys spaghetti sauce seasoning 1 lb. elbow macaroni 1 lg. can crushed tomatoes 2 tbsp. Schilling Italian seasoning 1 tbsp. dried parsley Salt & pepper to taste 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 lg. can mushrooms 1 med. size can chopped green chilies, mild 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese Simmer crushed tomatoes with spaghetti sauce seasoning, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and garlic. Brown and drain beef, add to sauce. Add mushrooms. Add drained macaroni, chilies and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Mix well and serve hot with salad and French bread. |
