PERFECT PUMPKIN PIE 
1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can (12 fl. oz.) Pet evaporated milk

Preheat oven and baking sheet in 375°F oven. Remove pie crust shell from freezer. Meanwhile, combine filling ingredients in order given above. Recrimp edge of pie shell to stand 1/2 inch above rim. Place pie shell on preheated baking sheet. Pour filling into pie crust shell.

Bake in the center of oven for 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack. Garnish with LaCreme Whipped Topping and walnuts, if desired.

Makes one 9 inch pie.
