RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in muffin pan. Bake 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Batter will keep in refrigerator 6 to 8 weeks.
