RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1/2 c. oil
1/2 qt. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Makes 2 dozen muffins. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in muffin cups.
