QUICK TAMALE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 can Mexicorn
1 lg. tamale, diced
1 can sliced rope olives
1 c. or more grated cheese

Saute onion with meat. Cook. Add Mexicorn and diced tamale. Add olives. Place in baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
