1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped, optional
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained
16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
1 can creamed corn

Brown beef, onion and pepper, add: taco seasoning. Stir in corn, tomatoes and creamed corn. Bring to a boil. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. 1 package corn bread mix. Make according to directions. Spread over top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
