HASH BROWN SUPREME 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (Ore Ida)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes. Spread in 2 quart casserole dish. (Do not put potatoes in dish with high sides.) Mix 1/2 cup Corn Flake crumbs or cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Can be made 1 day in advance.
