BROCCOLI/RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. rice (precooked or cooked reg.)
1 c. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli and rice using 1/2 stick butter for each. Mix the cooked rice, cooked broccoli, milk, soup and onions. Blend in Cheez Whiz. Cover casserole with grated Cheddar. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
