1 store bought ready baked angel food cake, torn into pieces
1 lg. pkg. Nutra-Sweet Jello, any flavor
1 lg. container Cool Whip lite
1 c. fresh fruit, if desired

(I use strawberry banana Jello with fresh strawberries, sliced.) In 13 x 9 inch cake pan place torn cake. Add fruit. Make Jello as directed on package. Pour over entire cake and fruit until covered well. Refrigerate overnight. Frost with Cool Whip and decorate with strawberries. This is a nice cool summer dessert.

Equals (1 3x3 inch slice) : 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1 fruit, 1 fat. Total: 70 calories.
