OPEN - FACED TUNA MELTS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained, flaked
4 Velveeta slices, cut in half diagonally
Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. finely chopped carrot
2 English muffins, split, toasted
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Combine tuna, 1/4 cup salad dressing, vegetables and pepper; mix lightly. Spread muffin halves with additional salad dressing. Cover with tuna mixture; top with cheese. Broil until cheese begins to melt. 4 sandwiches.
