1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin, cooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
Dash nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured tube cake pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
