PASTA SALAD WITH BROCCOLI 
16 oz. rotelle macaroni
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1 red onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. pkg. frozen peas
8 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
8 oz. diced cheddar
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Lettuce leaves

Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water. Cut up broccoli, discard stems and steam for 5 minutes. Put macaroni, broccoli, onion, peas and salad dressing into large bowl. Toss well. Cook and chill 8 hours or overnight. Add pepperoni and cheese and chill another 2 hours. Arrange lettuce leaves on platter and spoon salad onto. Serves 12 to 16.
