3 c. mashed, cooked yams
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. cream

Blend yams with sugar, salt, spice, butter, cream. Mix half the marshmallows with yams. Turn into greased baking dish. Top with remaining marshmallow. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes until mixture is fluffy and marshmallow delicately browned.
