MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. uncooked shell macaroni
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook and drain macaroni. Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, and salt and pepper. Pour over pasta and toss. Add vegetables and cheese. Stir gently. Chill well before serving.
