PEPPER STEAK 
1 to 2 lbs. lean round steak, cut into strips
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed or garlic paste to taste
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2 green peppers, cut into strips
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tomatoes, cut up or cherry tomatoes

Pound steak and cut into strips. Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients. In a large skillet brown meat in butter, add garlic and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Add more water if needed. Stir in green peppers, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
