POT PIE 
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. chopped cooked meat
1 c. vegetables
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits

Cook celery, onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broth all at once, cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in meat (your choice) and vegetables (your choice). Pour into baking dish and top with rolled out biscuits. Bake according to biscuit directions.
