CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream style corn 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. corn muffin mix 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. grated cheese Drain whole kernel corn. Melt butter. Beat eggs slightly. Combine all but cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes longer. |
