PINEAPPLE/MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained and cut into thirds
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

In a large bowl, combine pineapple, oranges and cottage cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle Jello over mixture and mix well. Stir in Cool Whip and chill for several hours. Keeps well for several days.
