MANDARIN ORANGE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. orange Jello
2 sm. pkg. lemon pudding
1 sm. can mandarin orange pieces
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long horn cheese

Drain liquid from mandarin orange pieces and crushed pineapple. Use for liquid in Jello. Make Jello using directions on package. Stir in mandarin orange pieces and crushed pineapple. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill.

Make pudding according to directions on box. Set aside to cool. When Jello is set and pudding is cool, spread pudding over the Jello evenly. Cover with Cool Whip. Top with shredded cheese. Let stand at least an hour before serving.
