MANDARIN ORANGE-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/3 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream (more or less to your own judgment)
Few maraschino cherries, cut up

Drain fruit very well. Mix with remaining ingredients and let stand overnight. Garnish with mint leaves and whole maraschino cherries.
