1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz. or about 40) pkg. reg. marshmallows
5 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring at all times. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated. With buttered hand, press into 13 x 9 inch pan. When cool, cut into squares.
