SPICY MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. taco sauce or salsa
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
2 med. cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 med. yellow, green or sweet red pepper, cut in bite-size strips (1 c.)

Combine salad dressing, taco sauce or salsa and hot pepper sauce, if desired, in a large mixing bowl. Add cucumbers and peppers, toss to coat. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. To serve, stir in tomato wedges. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
