SPICY VEGETABLE SOUP 
10 lbs. meaty soup bones
3 gallons water
2 tbsp. oregano
3 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
4 bay leaves

Bring to a boil, then simmer on low.

3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
16 white potatoes, peeled and diced
6 c. carrots, peeled and diced
6 c. whole kernel corn
1 (#10) can tomatoes
4 c. green peas
3 lg. onions, chopped
4 c. pearl barley
